How does BlueHex price its services?
Our pricing is project-specific and fully transparent. Home builder services are delivered under a fixed-price contract with a comprehensive inclusions schedule defined before you sign. Owner builder consultancy is structured according to your project’s scope and stage. Every quote is detailed and pressure-free.
How long does a BlueHex project take?
Timelines vary by project type: single-storey homes take 10 to 16 months; double-storey homes 14 to 22 months; knockdown rebuilds 18 to 28 months; and custom homes 14 to 24 months from construction commencement. A detailed programme is provided during the planning phase.
What warranties come with a BlueHex home?
All BlueHex homes are delivered with applicable statutory warranties under the Domestic Building Contracts Act, including structural warranty provisions and defects liability periods as required under Victorian law.
